Bill Weisfield
Background & Experience
Bill has more than 40 years of experience setting strategic direction for real estate assets and operating companies, turning around troubled companies, and creating corporate work-out plans. He has led the development of commercial office buildings, condominiums, a marina, and floating homes. Bill has also directed strategy for shopping centers, raw land, a corporate industrial park, restaurants, and a publicly traded company with over 100 retail stores. He was responsible for the liquidation of an $85M portfolio containing more than 90 real estate partnerships and also for the sale of one of the largest amusement parks in the United States. He has served as President and CEO or COO of multiple companies with revenues in excess of $100M and up to 1,000 employees, including:

- The Robbins Company | COO (Tunnel boring company that drilled the Chunnel between England and France)
