Britt Heath

Britt is an experienced land use planner with expertise in environmental issues, land development, and governmental processes including zoning, platting, critical areas, boundary issues, and growth management. She has experience working with all aspects of real estate development and governmental agencies, having previously worked as a Project Manager for a real estate developer and as a Director of Land Use Planning with a leading civil engineering firm. She provides land-use expertise on all Elliott Bay Asset Solutions real estate receiverships by reviewing and managing environmental concerns, zoning issues, conditional use permits, surveying matters, permitting status and feasibility analysis—thus ensuring that all issues are identified and that the real property is positioned to obtain maximum value.
