Dave Rinning

Dave provides real estate owners and lenders with timely, cost-effective solutions to non-performing and distressed real estate assets. His 10 years of experience as a state court-appointed receiver includes receiverships for condominium developments, multi-family complexes, resort properties, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings, self-storage facilities, retail stores, restaurants, single-family residences, vacant land, and environmentally impacted properties. He has been appointed by the federal bankruptcy court to advise on reorganizations and liquidations, including a $600M portfolio containing more than 70 properties. Dave has more than 30 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker, in which he has been involved in all facets of real estate transactions for buyers, sellers, lenders, and creditors. Dave has acted as a referee in state court partition actions and has represented public agencies and NRDA habitat developers in the identification and acquisition of special use sites.
