His experience spans multiple industries including food, power tools, home improvement, storage, outdoor action sports, camping, mountaineering, tactical gear, automotive, recreational vehicles, wholesale distribution, and maritime. He has served in various positions with the U.S. Navy Military Sealift Command, H.J. Heinz/Ore-Ida Foods, Emerson Electric/Skil-Bosch Power Tools Co., and held President/CEO roles with Fortune Brands subsidiary Waterloo Industries, Yakima Products, SOG Knives & Tools, Cascade Designs, and Wilmar Corporation. Jerry brings specific expertise in strategic planning, consumer research, brand management, new product development, omnichannel sales management, operational turnarounds, efficient global supply chains, lean manufacturing, distribution, organizational excellence, financial control, M&A transactions, corporate governance, and board processes.
